Additionally, Rob's construction and maintenance background benefits our clients. Rob?s operations experience included years of building/facilities management for spaces of 5,000 to 85,000 square feet in NJ and NYC. Translated, he imparts expert buyer and seller guidance through the transaction process, particularly where home inspections and negotiations are concerned.
